What is Secure IVF?

SecureIVF developed by our own researchers, is a program designed in order to combine In Vitro Fertilisation with Pre implantation Genetic Test which search for any genetic abnormality on the embryos. In this way, we increase the success rates in IVF cycles and the chances of having a healthy baby at home.

What are the advantages?

By performing this technique our patients have better chances to have a heathy baby at home. It also reduces the miscarriage risk and shorten the way to the pregnancy.

What is MACS?

MACS is performed by out lab team in order to collect the best sperm out of the patient sample. This is possible thanks to the annexin V columns which detect and separates the live sperm form those that have started a programmed cellular death.

What are the indications?

This technique is recommended in the following cases:

People over 45 years old
Sterility for the unknown reasons
Varicoceles
History of toxic use, chemo, radiation therapy…
Previous seminal chronic infections already treated
Repeated miscarriages
IVF implantation failures
Increased sperm DNA fragmentation
Some cases of Artificial Insemination
